Cottages -
Cancellation requires a two week advanced notice. If cancellation notice is given less then 14 days prior to arrival date you
will be responsible for any reserved nights that are not re-rented. If cancellation notice is given 14 days or more prior to
arrival date your responsibility will be a cancellation fee of $25.00 per cottage or $95.00 for Deer Glenn Vacation Lodge.
Special events, some holidays, or large groups may have a longer cancellation requirement. Any reservation made more than 4
months in advance; (Applys only to the three bedroom cottage and Deer Glen Lodge) the first night deposit is non-refundable.
Deer Glen Vacation Lodge -
Cancellations require a 30-day advance notice to cancel. If cancellation is given less than 30 days prior to your arrival date
you will be responsible for your entire reservation less any nights that are re-rented. If cancellation is given 30 days or
more prior to your arrival date, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $95.00. Any reservation made more than 4
months in advance; the first night deposit is non-refundable.
Tent's / RV's -
Cancellation requires a 48 hour advanced notice. If cancellation notice is given less then 48 hours prior to arrival date you
will be responsible for any reserved nights that are not re-rented. If cancellation notice is given 48 hours or more prior to
arrival date your responsibility will be a cancellation fee of $10.00 per site. Special events, some holidays, or large groups
may have a longer cancellation requirement.
