Our cottages are simple, but comfortable and clean. We provide all the linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies pots/pans and dishes along with coffee pots. Outside gas grills and picnic tables should you wish to eat outdoors. Cable t.v., air conditioning and many with wireless internet. All of our cottages have their own bathrooms (showers only)(a couple have tub/showers). They are all smoke and pet free. By going to our other web pages you can view a few of our cottages. They all have been decorated with a theme and are unique. Two of our cottages have fire places with covered carport. Family gatherings work well here. We don't allow pets in the cottages. There are no phones in the cottages.
We keep our prices reasonable by providing you with touch up cleaning only if you ask, and you will be asked to tidy up when you leave. No daily housekeeping. Cottage check-out time is 10:00 AM and check-in time is 3:00 PM.
When you make your reservation you will be charged one night if you are staying 1-3 nights, and for two nights if you are staying 4-7 nights and for 3 nights if staying longer then 7 nights. We do take credit cards.... Our cancellation policy is a 48 hour notice prior to your arrival date of campers, 14 day notice of cancellation on the cottages, and thirty days on Deer Glen Lodge. For all cancellations a cancellation fee of $10.00 for campers, $25.00 for cottages, and $95.00 on Deer Glen Lodge will apply. For cancellations that occur within the two weeks prior to arrival for the cottages or thirty days for Deer Glen Lodge, you will be fully responsible for all the nights reserved that we do not get resold. Cancellation policy for group reservations, some holidays or special events may be different.
